Every case and every patient is different and there is no one right way to manage a case. Even so, the basic approach to each case should be similar.
The golden and guiding rule at Medix is to question everything. Until we have personally proven a diagnosis, it is not accepted as fact. We do not accept any data or diagnosis as correct without going over relevant materials and coming to our own conclusions. Our medical case managers personally review every medical document we receive. While this approach is demanding and time consuming, it is extremely helpful and has proven its worth many times over.
